26 July 2019
The People Manager Development Program (PMDP) is designed to improve managerial effectiveness in our leaders at all levels of the organization so, in turn, they are better able to boost paid and volunteer staff engagement, increase retention, and deliver stronger business results. The PMDP Volunteer Supervisor Curriculum is an optional program for all staff (employees and volunteers) that focuses on every facet of the volunteer engagement cycle – from motivation to onboarding, placement, and recognition of volunteers. The expectation is that coursework will be completed within two years.
