The e-learning course on project/programme planning offers a short but thorough introduction to key skills and methods for project management, focused onresults-based project planning. It is spread over two modules, with the first module focusing on the "analysis stage" of planning - using different tools to analysethe situation prior to the design of a project. The second module focuses using the results of this analysis in the "design stage", where participants will learn how to use the "logical framework" as a tool to structure and summarise the key aspects of a project that are necessary for it to be well managed. Successfulcompletion of a final test at the end of the course leads to a certificate for the user.
Curriculum - 4 hours
